Refund policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept any refunds unless your items are damaged or an error has occurred on our behalf. We will send a replacement of the damaged items or grant a refund if deemed appropriate. If this occurs, please contact us at endlessbudgetsanddesigns@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Orders lost in post
If in unfortunate events of your order getting lost in the post, we will be completing the process of investigation and claims through our postage provide Royal Mail first which can only be completed after 14 days from your estimated arrival date. We will no longer be offering a refund straight away until this claim process has been completed. This is due to orders not arriving on their estimated date and refunding immediately to later check tracking and it has arrived a few days later or the items weren't collected and sent back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
