How the Challenge Works

First, choose the version that suits you best:

• Low Denomination Version

Each option has a different total savings amount, but both are designed to help you stay financially strong through January.

Choose Your Saving Style

You can complete the challenge in one of three ways, depending on your budget and preference:

Option 1: Save the Amount of the Date

Save the same amount as the date shown.

• Example:
  25th = save 25
  31st = save 31

Option 2: Add the Date Numbers Together

Add the digits of the date to determine how much to save.

• Example:
  31st → 3 + 1 = 4
  15th → 1 + 5 = 6

Option 3: Low Denominations (5s & 10s)

Prefer to keep it simple? Save either 5 or 10 each week—perfect for smaller budgets.
